Hello and thanks for your mail,
If you ant to sell Melodyne, carefully read this:
Melodyne licenses, unless already upgraded, can be transfered to other users.
Note that this is only possible if the license owner contacts our support and provides the following details:
* a written confirmation of the intend to transfer the license
* his name, e-mail and serial number
* the following details of the new owner:
• first and last name
• email address
• postal address
In addition it needs to be made sure that the software has been fully deactivated on any system it was installed on.
In case iLok licensing is in use, DO NOT TRANSFER THE iLok LICENSE and let us know your iLok user account.
Note that already upgraded versions of Melodyne or individual parts of our Melodyne Studio bundle cannot be sold.
